For those of you that do not know, the Numed Service Center, or NSC, is ground zero for all things service related. Located down the road from our corporate office in Denton, Texas, the NSC houses our Mobile Imaging Lease Fleet, Parts Department, Parts Testing/Repair, QA Bays, and Technical Training Department. Also housed at the NSC is the Service Operations Department and our Numed Service Desk.
We are very excited about our Numed Service Desk. This is our customers point of contact for all service events, and we are proud to say that many issues are resolved for our customers on the initial call during the triage stage, saving our partners downtime and interruption of the services. In future NSC blogs, we will dig in deeper to the Numed Service Desk, so be on the lookout for that.
