Information Collection and Use
Personal Information means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, a home, business, or other physical address, a phone number, and an email address. We collect Personal Information from our Site users and customers only when such information is voluntarily provided to us, including, without limitation, in connection with inquiries about our services through the “Contact Us” page, as part of signing up for our email subscriptions, or in the process of your business transactions with us. To make our content more relevant to you, we may also ask for information about your present place of employment, such as company name, size, industry sector and number of employees. Of course, if you send us an email in connection with an inquiry about a job listed on the “Careers” page, we may also store the Personal Information provided in connection with that inquiry.

If you become a customer of Numed, we will always retain the right to email you regarding the Site or services that we’re providing to you.

If you provide us with Personal Information, we may retain and use that information for several purposes, including facilitating and otherwise addressing your inquiry, request, subscriptions, or business transactions and relationship with Numed. For example, we may use your Personal Information in order to respond to your questions or requests for information about Numed. How We Protect Your Information
The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. We restrict access to personal information to Numed employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information.

Numed takes care of everything. I know that we’re going to pass Joint Commission. I know that we’re going to pass the state. I know everything is done properly. I know our patients are going to be taken care of. The thing that surprised me the most was that they could actually save us a little money. Normally when you do something in-house you can do it cheaper, but that wasn’t the case with Numed.
Numed streamlined our business and saved us money. They looked at the pharmaceuticals we were using and saved us about $120,000 a year. It’s just been an overall change—a huge change. They brought in exams that didn’t cost us any extra money as far as extra equipment or higher dollar drugs.
Numed is not just another service we’re contracting, but truly a partnership to help us grow our organization. We’ve seen our volumes grow extensively since we began working with Numed. Our MRI services have nearly doubled and we’ve seen a big improvement in not only the number of ultrasounds we’re performing, but the quality as well. Their level of patient care is the highest quality and the techs are well trained.
Numed is driven to make sure they take care of the customer—I know they’ve taken care of us. Quality of service has been better than when the OEM was actually servicing the equipment, from the standpoint of response time. With Numed, if we have a problem, I get an answer back within minutes. A lot of times, they can do work remotely and/or give directions to our technologists who make corrective actions to get it up and running. If it’s a large issue, they dispatch somebody over here to rectify it. They’re more proactive than reactive.
