However, after evaluating their needs, especially the fact that their staff was already trained on GE systems, Numed quickly proposed a mobile GE CT unit to bridge the gap while repairs were underway.

Working closely with the facility, Numed coordinated all logistics surrounding the mobile unit’s pad, power, and IT network integration. The team ensured seamless interfacing with the hospital’s existing HIS/RIS/PACS infrastructure, allowing their technologists to start scanning without missing a beat.

From the time the agreement was signed to the system’s arrival on-site, the turnaround was just five days.
