Preparation continues with a structured pre-delivery worksheet that aligns expectations across the Facility, Numed, and the transport partner. Delivery timing, points of contact, and exact trailer placement are confirmed in advance. Site-specific details are reviewed to support safe and efficient delivery, including:

• Overhead clearance and turning radius
• Curbs, landscaping, and ambulance routes
• Security requirements
• Temporary road or parking closures

Facilities are also guided on readiness items, such as local electrical support for phasing adjustments and secure access to the unit when installation is completed after hours. After delivery and connection to shore power, Numed’s Field Service Engineers manage installation and setup.
