A Message to Our Customers

Numed is committed to providing the highest level of service to our customers. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking measures to ensure that our customers, patients and employees health and safety is of primary concern.

We will continue to provide services as needed to your facility although we will be taking extra measures to ensure that we reduce the risk of exposure or spread of COVID-19. During this period, we will limit our employees from coming onsite when patients are not scheduled in order to reduce any unnecessary exposure. All Numed employees will be available on an as needed or on call basis, while taking the necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of your patients and our employees.

Our service team will be taking extra measures to ensure that we continue to support customer needs while reducing risk of exposure or spread of COVID-19. During this period, onsite PM work will be suspended in order to reduce any unnecessary exposure. We will continue to address down and limited system issues, with best effort to meet or exceed service level agreements while taking any necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of our employees.

We ask that protective measures be taken by the facility to provide masks, gloves, protective gowns and hand sanitizer when entering the facility to perform scheduled studies.

We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you informed of any changes to our services.
